About PGiAM SIG
The Power Generation Special Interest Group forum was created for Asset Management professionals in the Power Generation industry to convene, share, and grow their asset management skills and knowledge.
It focuses on networking, promotes collaboration and the application of asset management as a key enabler of the Energy Charter. The Terms of Reference sets out five clear principles the energy industry has committed to – from putting downward pressure on prices and ensuring reliability and sustainability, to improving the customer experience and supporting those most vulnerable among us.
Goals of PGAM
- Bring together a group of Asset Management professionals in Power Generation
- Share knowledge, experiences, and case studies in order to learn
- Create strategies to utilise asset management to address the current challenges in the Power Generation sector
Key Meeting Places of PGiAM
For those who subscribe, a monthly newsletter will be emailed, containing Power Generation news in the asset management sphere. This subscription will also include invitations to webinars and local Chapter events.
A face-to-face networking forum and/or panel will be held annually at the Asset Management Council conference, AMPEAK.
